G Force is a bit more complicated than some sites make it sound. G force is a measurement based on gravity, the user’s weight, the amplitude and the frequency of the machine. The higher the G-force, the bigger the motor and the smaller the platform will be. A higher G Force will give you a more intense the workout in a shorter amount of time. While you are reading this and thinking to yourself, “I need the highest G-force available”, you probably don’t. If you are looking to build bone density, get lymphatic drainage and some muscle toning you don’t need more than 7 or 8 G’s.
